The latest of those wins came courtesy of Dalness Mac who won well at Methven last Saturday. Dalness Mac was driven in her win by Rory Mcllwrick who has won on two other Hope trained horses this season.

Better Buy It was the first of the Hope runners that Rory won on at the Kurow meeting back in August, and he also won with Burn Off three weeks ago at Addington.

Second equal on the trainers premiership with seven wins each are Mark Jones, John and Josh Dickie, Robert Dunn and Ray Green.

Last years premiership winners Mark Purdon and Natalie Rasmussen are currently on 2 wins for the season but are about to unleash many of their impressive team in the next few months.

They have six runners engaged this Friday night at Addington including the three New Zealand cup favorites in Have Faith in Me, Lazarus and Smolda.
